He posted it on his Instagram, according to him the gown was first previewed at Edsa Shangri-la hotel in 2013 for his fashion show "Francis Libiran Metrowear Icon". He lauched a 100 pieces of his work creation including the pink series which was the gown included. It so happened that Kim Chiu was the one who model it. and he insisted that it was just worn for the show and for any other events.
At the same time, Allan K also gave his comments about the said issue of the gown. He said that the important thing is history that was made by Maine Mendoza wearing that gorgeous gown.
